Introductory Terrazzo/Marbling Workshop

Service Description

In this 2-hour session, you will be taken through a series of steps to create your very own terrazzo coasters. The process includes: 1. Choosing 2 individualised colours and making your own terrazzo flakes, or swirling them together to create a marbled effect. 2. Mixing the terrazzo flakes into your chosen base colour (if doing terrazzo tray) 3. Sanding (The part you should be most excited about!) 4. Coating your tray in a coating of wax formulated for stoneware All materials will be provided for you to create the classic 10(width) x 19cm(length) tray. Excess pours will be casted into our self-made barrette moulds for you to bring home.
