1. How do I care for my products?
Caring for your Jesmonite product is easy, just wipe it with a soft cloth. Small scratches on the coating can be buffed off using warm fingers.
2. Do you do custom orders?
Yes! Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill up the form and we'll get in touch as soon as we can.
3. Help! The item I've been eyeing is out of stock!
Not to worry, email us at email@example.com or fill up the form and indicate which item you would like to be replenished.
4. My items are damaged.
Within 24 hours of receiving the item, take a photo of the damaged good and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also mail the damaged good back to us and we will allow for a 1-to-1 exchange or refund of the damaged good.
5. My parcel is missing/lost.
All goods are mailed out using a trackable service. We will not bear the responsibility of lost parcels but will contact the courier company on your behalf.
6. Do you hold private workshops?
Yes we do! Email us at email@example.com to arrange the date, time and venue and we'll send you an invoice!
7. My question has not been answered.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org about any other relevant enquiries/feedback and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
